Allow a 3-5 days for loose prints and 7-10 days for framed prints from your order date for your order to be dispatch as it will be printed especially for you. For International Shipping Prints normally arrive within 2 weeks from the time it leaves the UK but at Christmas you should allow up 4 weeks.

Canvas are printed on archival Hahnemuehle Cezanne Canvas. Hahnemühle Cezanne is a heavy inkjet canvas made from pure cotton, featuring an elegant, finely woven surface texture. The natural white canvas contains no optical brighteners, boasting a natural shade of white. The acid and lignin-free canvas is extremely age resistant.

Framed Prints. The frames are made of wood FSC-certified wood frame and high-quality glass.

Eco-Friendly Art Print are printed on Hahnemuehle Bamboo eco-friendly Paper 290 gms. 90% of this unique, eco-friendly paper is made from resource-saving bamboo fibres. Bamboo is acid-free, lignin free and free from OBAs.

If you are not completely satisfied with the final print that you receive, please feel free to contact me within 14 days of delivery and I will be glad to provide a refund or exchange, provided you return the item(s) in the same condition they were sent in and pay the return shipping costs.

Please note – custom orders are not refundable, they can only be exchanged for the same item in the event that there is an issue with shipping.

When you buy a limited edition size, the number of prints in that specific size is limited and will not be available after they are sold out in that specific size. They are delivered with a printed signed and numbered certificate

• Don’t hang your print in direct sunlight.
• Prints can dent easily when handled, especially larger size prints, so take it directly to the framer.
• Use only archive grade tapes and glues for mounting & framing.
• Handle your print as little as possible and with care. Ideally wear special gloves.
• Prints sent in tubes should be taken out and framed as soon as possible.
• Avoid touching the print surface
• Don’t store prints in humid or damp places.
• Never allow liquids of any kind to come in contact with a print.
• Only acid-free, archival materials should come in contact with the front/back of the print
• Never allow prints to rub against one another in transit or storage. Always use archival plastic sleeves or acid-free tissue paper between prints
• Use acid-free matt boards and UV glass or plexi for long life. Framing under glass or acrylic provides the greatest protection against fading from UV light.
