Returns & refund policy
- We gladly accept returns within 14 days of their delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- All return costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless you return a faulty product. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to make a return
Please email us with your order number via hello@rueparadisprints.com, mentioning return in the subject line. We will respond within 24-48 business hours with details on how to return your item. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Inspection and Refund
To be eligible for a refund, all products must be in the same condition that you receive them and undamaged in any way.
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-returnable items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch. All items are ordered on demand, so if you need to change your mind, let us know promptly. Once your order is printed and shipped, you will need to return it to us for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We must be notified of incorrect, missing or damaged products within three days of receipt.
